Role Description The Business Process Outsourcing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for overseeing daily BPO operations, managing teams, and ensuring service-level agreements and quality standards are met. The manager will analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimized workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients on requirements, preparing performance reports, managing budgets related to outsourced processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The role also involves mentoring team members,



resolving escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support business goals.
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process management, optimization, and documentation.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance analysis, and problem-solving.
- Excellent Communication abilities for stakeholder management, client interactions, and team coordination.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Finance related to budgeting, cost control, and financial impact of outsourcing decisions.
- Experience with Outsourcing operations, vendor management, and service-level monitoring.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including people management and coaching skills.
- Proficiency with productivity and reporting tools (e.G., MS Excel, dashboards, process management software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field;
advanced certificationsin process management (e.G., Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in BPO or operations management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
