Post Production Head / Video Content Director – Bangalore

Extension Architecture is an award-winning architectural practice based in Roehampton, London, with over 17 years of experience in architecture, planning, and design-led project delivery.

We are looking for a Bangalore-based Post Production Head / Video Content Director with 3–4 years of experience in video editing, filmography, cinematic storytelling, and post-production.

This role is not just about editing. We need someone who can guide video direction, suggest what type of content we should create, and work with our London-based owner and production team to shape videos across:

- Planning permission
- Building Regulations
- Structural Engineering
- Construction
- Interiors
- Project case studies
- Brand and social media content

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and edit qualified video content for digital platforms
- Create hooks, storylines,



video structures, and editing styles
- Guide the production team on how footage should be captured and curated
- Turn technical topics into simple, engaging visual content
- Work on motion graphics, transitions, captions, colour grading, and sound design
- Maintain a consistent brand style across all videos

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in video editing, post-production, or creative video direction
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- Ability to guide a remote team and take creative ownership
- Based in or near Bangalore
