We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Sales and Email Campaign Specialist to support our client’s outreach and email marketing initiatives. This part-time role requires expertise in Go High-Level and a strong ability to create targeted sales campaigns and engaging email sequences. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, building relationships with prospects, and driving email marketing success through data-backed strategies and compelling content.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales outreach strategies to attract and qualify potential clients
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospects, understanding their needs and establishing rapport
- Partner with the sales team to design and execute tailored prospecting campaigns
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns that nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Craft persuasive, customized email content aimed at increasing engagement and conversions
- Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results




- Conduct market research to discover new outreach opportunities and trends
- Keep CRM platforms updated with lead interactions and campaign progress
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and email campaign outcomes
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategy

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or email marketing
- Proven success in planning and executing email campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
- Solid knowledge of lead generation and qualification best practices
- Data-oriented with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
