strategic partnerships with global players, app integration agreements, consulting agreements, marketing/sales agreements - domestic and global, website terms and conditions. Knowledge of Information technology/internet laws, copyright, trademarks, data privacy (domestic and global), consumer protection, payment regulations, intermediaries, entertainment, media and advertising laws/regulations will be an added advantage. Experience of working in the digital media/publishing industry and sound understanding of the applicable regulatory framework will be a plus.Desired Candidate Profile Excellent academic credentials, including a law degree preferably from a Tier 1 law school. 5+ years of post-qualification experience, with relevant experience in digital media/publisher industry.
