We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect with strong expertise in CRM solution design, customization, and enterprise-level implementations.

Requirements
• 11+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development & customization

• Strong experience designing scalable CRM solutions based on business requirements





• Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps and Power Pages

• Experience automating workflows using Power Automate

• Knowledge of custom connectors and child flows

• Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript enhancements

• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests

• Robust experience with data migration and system integrations

• Ability to troubleshoot cand optimize performance

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Strong documentation and CRM best practice knowledge
