What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cruise Consultant, you’ll be the expert guiding customers from “just dreaming” to “bon voyage”,



creating cruise holidays they’ll never forget.
⚓ Your Key Responsibilities
- Quote, book, and invoice cruise bookings and packages with accuracy and flair
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver outstanding service across , email, and phone enquiries
- Maximise every chance through upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend the perfect cruise

? Who We’re Looking For
You’re passionate, driven, and love working toward results, especially when travel is involved.
You’ll Bring:
- Proven customer service experience with exposure to sales targets
- Previous travel or cruise experience
- GDS experience
- A keen eye for detail and strong problem‑solving skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
