Cloud Computing is a key growth focus within our partner ecosystem. This position ensures governance, structure, and execution excellence for cloud partner enablement. Responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive cloud partner journey from inception. This role requires hyperscaler expertise and exceptional cross-functional coordination abilities. You will define processes for onboarding, certifying, and scaling cloud partners on a global scale.
As a Senior Channel Programs & Ops Manager, you will be responsible for:




Designing the governance model for cloud partner enablement programs globally. Building end-to-end cloud certification and onboarding journeys tailored to partner needs. Orchestrating cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing.. Establishing scalable processes supporting cloud GTM motions and partner growth Defining operational frameworks ensuring clarity, accountability, and execution discipline. To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent qualified background. Have + years of experience in channel programs, cloud enablement, or partner operations Have experience with hyperscaler ecosystems and cloud marketplace dynamics comprehensively.
