About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Fresher Python Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is not only strong in core Python fundamentals but also communicates clearly, collaborates well with teams, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code
- Assist in designing, developing, and testing software applications/modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Design, Product) to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Participate actively in stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, and clearly communicate root causes and fixes
- Document code, processes, and technical decisions for team reference
- Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Python fundamentals (data structures, OOP, exception handling)




- Basic knowledge of at least one framework (Django/Flask/FastAPI) is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL/databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Understanding of version control (Git/GitHub)
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset

Soft Skills (Significant)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High confidence in presenting ideas, asking questions, and participating in discussions/meetings
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to accept feedback

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E/BCA/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
