About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Associate.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in credit research and investigation of existing and prospective clients and counterparties under the direction of more experienced individuals within Commercial Real Estate Underwriting functional area
- Review basic issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, and are related to low to medium risk tasks and deliverables
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Commercial Real Estate Underwriting managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers

Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:




- Experience in Commercial Real Estate Underwriting, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Graduation
- MBA Finance would be a plus
- Any previous experience supporting US CRE market would be a plus
- 4 to 6 years of Underwriting experience in one or a combination of the following:
- Experience in supporting Commercial real estate investment management or commercial real estate balance sheet lending business
- Ability to read and understand basic commercial real estate loan documentation, securitization documents, including pooling and servicing agreements and related documentation
