What you’ll do:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of external audit engagements tailored to private clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Manage and mentor audit teams,



fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality and efficiency throughout the audit process
- Build and sustain robust relationships with private clients, understanding their unique business structures, financial reporting needs, and risk profiles
- Identify and assess financial and control risks, developing appropriate audit strategies to address client-specific challenges
- Provide clients with practical and insightful advice on financial reporting, governance, and regulatory requirements relevant to private entities
- Drive continuous improvement by embracing innovative audit methodologies and technologies to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address complex audit issues and deliver client-focused solutions

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in external audit, preferably working with private clients or owner-manag
