* *Integrated Marketing Governance:* Balancing long-term corporate brand equity building with high-impact, real-time on-ground execution across Above-the-Line (ATL), Behind-the-Line (BTL), experiential activations, and trade marketing channels.

* *Digital Ecosystem Command:* Spearheading next-generation digital growth strategies spanning social entertainment frameworks, targeted performance marketing, data-driven influencer scaling, and niche direct-to-consumer (D2C) ecosystems.

* *Agency & Team Leadership:* Building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing internal marketing cell while structurally managing an elite ecosystem of creative,



digital, media-buying, and PR agencies.

* *Regulated Market Navigation:* Crafting highly creative, compliant marketing solutions that successfully navigate the complex regulatory and distribution-led frameworks of the Indian Alco-Bev sector.

Requirements

* *Experience Base:* 15+ years of progressive qualified success operating as a Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, or Brand Lead within the *FMCG, Alco-Bev, Premium Lifestyle, or highly regulated consumer goods categories*.
