Job Description
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

* *Music Marketing & Promotion:* Conceptualize, structure, and deploy cutting-edge marketing blueprints for major film soundtracks, independent singles, and cinematic background scores across digital, radio, TV, and OTT platforms.

* *DSP Optimization Synergy:* Collaborate tightly with internal streaming cells to maximize organic track discoverability, drive editorial playlisting pitches, and optimize visual placements across top DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, etc.).

* *Content Strategy & Distribution:* Oversee the end-to-end production pipeline and distribution architecture for promotional assets—including official music teasers, lyric videos, behind-the-scenes (BTS) packages, and custom social media creative suites.

* *Marquee Stakeholder Engagement:* Serve as the core commercial liaison between internal divisions and external power brokers, building ironclad working relationships with film producers, music directors, artists, talent management agencies, and music aggregators.





* *Campaign Lifecycle Management:* Take absolute ownership of full-cycle campaign execution for high-priority music albums, closely monitoring performance metrics, streaming data, and audience micro-insights to pivot ad spends and optimize ROI.

* *Ecosystem Business Development:* Proactively scout and structure high-yield growth opportunities across the entertainment landscape—including sync licensing, strategic co-productions, brand partnerships, and macro-influencer amplification campaigns.

Requirements
* *Experience Blueprint:* 10+ years of progressive, high-impact marketing success operating within a *Major Music Label, Leading Film Production House, Entertainment Network, or Specialized Digital Media Agency*.

* *Domain Mastery:* Deep, unshakeable familiarity with the mechanics of the Indian film music industry, digital distribution cycles, and modern digital video content consumer behavior.
