Job Overview

We are seeking a driven, tech-savvy IT Recruiter with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will own the talent pipeline for various technical positions, ranging from Software Engineers to DevOps and Cloud specialists. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the interview funnel. Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Actively source passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and internal databases.
- Full-Cycle Support: Manage the recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level IT roles, including intake calls with hiring managers, sourcing, initial screening, coordination, and feedback delivery.
- Technical Screening: Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess technical baseline skills, cultural fit, salary expectations, and notice periods.




- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with managers to understand the technical nuances of their open requisitions and calibrate sourcing efforts accordingly.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a highly transparent, respectful, and engaging experience throughout the interview loop.
- ATS Management: Maintain meticulous data hygiene in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking metrics like time-to-hire, candidate sources, and pipeline health.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 1.5 years of dedicated experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter (agency or corporate).
- Technical Literacy: A solid foundational understanding of IT terminology, software development stacks (e.g., Java, Python, React), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and basic infrastructure concepts or ERPs (SAP, Workday, or Oracle).
- Sourcing Tool Kit: Proven
