Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing & Lead Generation)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Thane (Work From Office)

CTC: Upto 7 LPA (based on experience & skill set)

Role Overview

Own end-to-end performance marketing and B2B lead generation. Drive high-quality leads, optimize campaign performance, and maximize ROI across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn .
- Drive B2B lead generation while optimizing CPL, CPA, and ROAS .
- Own media budgets, agency coordination, and campaign execution.
- Optimize landing pages and lead conversion funnels.
- Track and improve campaign performance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager .

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a strong B2B lead generation focus.
- Agency background is mandatory.
- Expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads .
- Experience with GA4 , Google Tag Manager , and campaign analytics.




- Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, subscription, or high-value sales is preferred.
- Must be willing to commute to Thane.
- Work From Office – 6 days a week.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days' notice period preferred.
