JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced HR qualified to drive strategic HR initiatives and support overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting: Strategic workforce planning aligned with business goals and cost-to-turnover analysis.
- Performance Management: Drive PMS cycle, talent segmentation, career development initiatives, and reward & recognition programs.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensure hiring targets, optimize TAT, and strengthen talent pipelines.
- Employee Engagement & Connect: Monitor attrition trends, drive retention strategies, and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR MIS, payroll, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
- Talent Development: Build internal talent pools, organize training programs, and support succession planning.
