Job Description: Multiskilled Technician

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multiskilled Technician to support the maintenance and smooth functioning of equipment and utilities within our Central Kitchen, Banquets, and Catering operations. The role requires hands-on expertise across multiple technical areas including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment
- Handle plumbing repairs and maintenance, including water supply and drainage systems
- Maintain and repair refrigeration units, cold storage, and cooling systems
- Ensure optimal functioning of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for kitchen equipment (ovens, burners,



dishwashers, etc.)
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards
- Maintain maintenance logs and report issues to the supervisor

Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC systems
- Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment maintenance
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and compliance

Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- Certification in HVAC / Refrigeration is an added advantage
