Assistant Manager/Manager/Associate Director – Corporate Relations and partnership/Head of Placement

The organization partners closely with leading enterprises, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and technology companies to bridge the gap between academia and industry, enabling students to build real-world skills and launch successful careers. This role will will lead strategic hiring accounts across GCCs and enterprise technology organizations and manage a portfolio of marquee accounts. This role combines enterprise sales, strategic account management, team leadership, and ecosystem building.



You will work closely with CHROs, Heads of Talent, Engineering Leaders, and GCC leadership teams to drive large-scale internship and placement partnerships.

Drive account growth, repeat hiring, and long-term engagement.
Own placement and internship targets for the assigned portfolio.
Lead and mentor a team of KAMs/sales managers.
Build strong outbound and account management processes.
5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts, recruitment consulting, HR-tech, or enterprise ecosystem roles.
