Someone who lives on the internet, gets what's working right now and where content is heading — the kind of person who'll still be relevant in 10-15 years, not just someone who knows a few buttons.
- Sharp with AI + automation
Most of the speed comes from workflows and AI tools — content gen, UGC, voices, b-roll, the right models for the right job. They should love building that stack, not fear it.
- Resourceful.
We’ll hand off a script/brief, but there might be small gaps — they should fill them and figure things out themselves without hand-holding.
We ship at high volume (aiming ~ 20-30 videos/day), so speed + judgment matter as much as polish.
