About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Arrangement & Piping Engineer with expertise in Power Plant Design, Plant Layout Engineering, Mechanical Arrangement, and Piping Engineering . The role involves end-to-end responsibility for 3D Plant Design , equipment arrangement, piping layout, and generation of engineering deliverables for large-scale Power, Energy, and Industrial Plant Projects .
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in AVEVA E3D/PDMS, Plant Layout Design, Pipe Routing, Isometric Generation, Clash Detection, and Mechanical Arrangement Engineering from concept through detailed engineering and site support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop overall plant layout , site arrangement, underground utility networks, and mechanical network planning.
- Perform Power Plant 3D Design and equipment arrangement using AVEVA E3D/PDMS .
- Create and maintain 3D models for equipment, piping systems, structural interfaces, and plant modules.
- Execute piping routing for water, steam, air, gas, and utility systems from concept through detailed engineering.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution with civil, structural, and multidisciplinary engineering teams using E3D and Navisworks.
- Define plant arrangement concepts including:
- Equipment handling
- Lifting studies
- Access and maintenance zones
- Walkways and platforms
- Laydown area planning
- Design large modular plant sections including equipment positioning, piping layout, basic steel interfaces, and manufacturing considerations.
- Generate engineering deliverables including:
- General Arrangement (GA) Drawings
- Piping Layout Drawings
- Isometric Drawings
- Pipe Support Drawings
- Material Take-Offs (MTO/BOM)
- Installation and fabrication drawings
- Prepare hydrotest and pressure test mark-ups.
- Review and resolve technical queries associated with piping and isometric drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, vendors, and site personnel during project execution.
- Support site activities including installation, erection, commissioning, and technical clarifications.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Arrangement Engineering and Piping Engineering for Power, Energy, or Industrial Plant projects.
- Expertise in Plant Layout Design and Mechanical Arrangement Engineering .

- Familiarity with international engineering codes, standards, and customer specifications.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Pipe Stress Analysis and engineering reports.
- Working knowledge of:

- Experience supporting site installation, commissioning, and customer-facing activities.
- Exposure to modular plant construction and transportable plant assemblies.
- Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
