- Execute end-to-end procurement activities including RFQs, bid evaluation, and purchase order processing.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications and procurement requirements.
- Identify and evaluate vendors based on technical capability, quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare techno-commercial comparisons and support vendor selection decisions.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within defined authority limits.
- Ensure timely placement of orders to meet project schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Maintain Procurement documentation, records, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards as per ISO, and statutory requirements.
- Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
