Job Description:

Hiring for a Production Head for a 5-ply automated corrugated box plant in

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (formerly Aurangabad) typically requires candidates with strong leadership skills and deep technical expertise in automated packaging machinery

- Overseeing a gamut of tasks encompassing production, PPC, quality, current developments, manpower planning, procurement/ vendor development, coordination with customers & ISO / TPM documentation
- Supervising all plant activity from production to dispatch
- Providing customer services by advising the user on the selection of packages, surface preparation and developing packages, a sequence of product utilization procedures
- Maintaining customer requirements and quality standards, at the production line and necessary modifications made to meet the Service requirements
- Starting all new data entry system
- Developing new packaging for customers
- Spearheading operations pertaining to handling production with high-speed flexographic printing with rotary die cutting, 5 ply automatic plant, auto-stitching, folder gluer, and 2 ply manual corrugation plant activity
- Launching a new technique & new machinery
- Providing customer services by advising the user on the selection of packages, surface preparation and developing packages, a sequence of product utilization procedures




- Maintaining customer requirements and quality standards at the production line and necessary modifications made to meet the service requirements
- Knowledge in Developing and Implementing production Schedules to meet customers demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
- Daily Monitoring Production Process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Follow-ups and support to sales Team, new product development & On Time Delivery.
- Reduced Customer Complain by 95% and Set a Target for Achieving 0% Customers Complain.
- Recruit, train and supervise production staff, including machine operators, quality control inspectors and maintenance technicians.
- Involvement in Planning, Control & ensure the Product Quality, Employee Safety as per standard Specification to meet Customers Requirement.
- Check, analyse & monitor reports from production, Quality, Batch Costing and Standard Compliance.
- Specify all issues that may or has the Potential to affect Quality and facilitate credible solutions by analysing the gathered Data.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Implementing inventory control measures to reduce waste and minimize inventory-holding costs.
- Coordinate with maintenance activities to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
