Position: Manager - EHS
Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site EHS audits to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal safety standards.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders at the site to maintain a safe and compliant working workplace.
- Implement and monitor the EHS management system effectively across all project phases.
- Possess strong knowledge of applicable EHS codes, standards, and best practices.
- Advise contractors on corrective actions and preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Review and approve contractor EHS documentation, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Prepare and analyze monthly EHS statistics and reports for management review.
- Conduct safety training sessions for contractor workers and staff to promote awareness and compliance.
- Perform inspections of plant and machinery to ensure operational safety and adherence to EHS norms.
