Job Description:

Design (High Mast Poles)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the complete design department for high mast poles and related structures.
- Approve structural designs, fabrication drawings, and technical calculations.
- Ensure compliance with IS standards, wind load requirements, and customer specifications.
- Oversee design optimization for cost reduction and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, QA/QC, projects, procurement, and sales teams.
- Provide technical support during tendering, client discussions, and project execution.
- Review and approve BOMs, GA drawings, and shop drawings.
- Handle design-related client queries and approvals.
- Guide and mentor design engineers and drafting teams.
- Ensure timely completion of all design deliverables.
- Implement current design practices, software, and process improvements.

Qualification:





- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Structural Engineering
(ME/M.Tech preferred)

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in structural steel and pole design.
- Hands-on knowledge of STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and design software.
- Excellent understanding of wind load analysis and IS codes.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good coordination and communication abilities.

Experience:

- 10–15+ years of experience in high mast pole, monopole, transmission tower, or structural steel industry.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership/design head role preferred.
