We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) – Indian Curry to join our culinary team at Radisson RED Chandigarh Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing authentic Indian curry dishes, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present high-quality Indian curry dishes as per hotel standards and recipes.
- Manage daily operations of the Indian curry section efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control and ordering.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all food products.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth service operations.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control measures.
- Follow company SOPs, HACCP, and kitchen safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Indian cuisine, preferably in hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of North Indian, Mughlai, and curry preparation techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
- Culinary diploma or relevant hospitality qualification preferred.
