We are looking for a highly motivated Ruby on Rails Developer. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, developing APIs, and contributing to product architecture for high-impact business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Design and build RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and frontend teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Debug production issues and ensure timely resolution.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Good understanding of MVC architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based services.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
- Familiarity with background job frameworks such as Sidekiq or Resque.
- Basic understanding of frontend frameworks.
- Experience with Git and version control.
Good to Have
- Experience in scalable system design.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in the Real Estate or CRM domain (preferred).
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a top-tier engineering college (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, or equivalent).
- 2–3 years of hands-on backend development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
