Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to strengthen our Metrology Services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting our metrology and engineering services, managing customer follow-ups, coordinating quotations, and supporting the sales process.
The role requires close collaboration with customers and internal technical teams to deliver solutions in 3D Scanning, Reverse Engineering, 3D Inspection, CAD Modeling, Design Engineering, and other Metrology Services .
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Metrology Services.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Promote the company's service portfolio, including 3D Scanning, Reverse Engineering, 3D Inspection, CAD Modeling, Design Engineering, Calibration, and Inspection Services .
Maintain regular communication with customers to convert inquiries into business.
Update customer interactions, leads, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system.




Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Application Engineering teams to ensure timely project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the service business.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Valuable knowledge of B2B sales and business development.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or any relevant discipline.

Experience
~0–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
~ Experience in Metrology, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Engineering Services, CAD/CAM, or Industrial Equipment is preferred.
