Arbor Academy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who is passionate about guiding students toward the right educational opportunities. Key Responsibilities :

- Provide academic and career counseling to students for online degree and professional certification programs.
- Assess students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements to recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and follow-ups to drive enrollments.
- Explain course curriculum, eligibility criteria, admission process, fee structure, scholarships, and financing options.
- Guide students throughout the admission process and ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments using CRM tools.
- Achieve daily calling targets, counseling sessions, and monthly enrollment goals.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

6 months+ years of experience in Business Development, Admission Counseling, Education Counseling, EdTech Sales, or Inside Sales.
