About the job CHC Navigation is looking for a results-oriented Account Sales Manager (B to B) - to join its Indian team. To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate should have at least 1 years of business development and dealer management experience in India; and proven experience of features-benefit-solutions selling in a high-tech environment for surveying, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey....

In this hands-on role, you will identify and recruit new dealers, support and develop existing distributors and manage key accounts in India across our diverse market segments for our geospatial solutions.

Achieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes and develop maximum market share
Create regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives.
Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts in diversified verticals through intensive prospecting activities.
Drive and support distributors in the development of their business activities.




Respond to, track and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors.
Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales/marketing/engineering.
A minimum of 1 years of proven B to B sales experience in geospatial industries is a must.
Fluency in Indian and professional level of English – written and oral – are mandatory.
Experience in international dealer management is a plus for this position.
Results oriented, with a positive outlook, and a explicit goal of high quality and commercial profit.
Travel Requirements
This position requires frequent travel in India to visit business partner/clients, trade shows and strategic accounts.
