We're Hiring: Assistant General Manager – Highways | Navi Mumbai

Are you an experienced Highway Design Engineer looking to step into a leadership role? We are hiring an Assistant General Manager – Highways for a leading engineering consultancy specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 7–10 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and delivery of highway projects, including alignments, interchanges, urban roads, and Detailed Design/DPR assignments.
- Review and approve highway designs, drawings, BOQs, reports, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with IRC, MoRTH, AASHTO, and other relevant highway design standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor the highway design team, and drive engineering excellence.
- Participate in design reviews, stakeholder meetings, and project planning activities.

Preferred Profile

- M.E./M.Tech. in Transportation Engineering (preferred).
- 7–10 years of experience in highway design and project management.




- Hands-on experience with Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, MX Road, AutoCAD, and other highway design software.
- Solid understanding of IRC, MoRTH, and AASHTO standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Candidates from IITs, NITs, or other reputed institutes will be preferred.
