- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for clients and internal entities
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and financial summaries for clients
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Oversee and manage client banking operations and reconciliations
- Ensure timely compliance with GST and TDS regulations
- Manage employee-related compliances including PT, PF, and ESIC
- Coordinate with clients through regular weekly/monthly meetings
- Support in finalization of accounts and audit processes
- Assist in business development initiatives via LinkedIn, email outreach, and digital marketing tools
- Conduct preliminary discussions with prospective clients to understand requirements and ensure effective follow-ups
Financial Advisory
- Develop integrated financial models for business planning, fundraising, and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, Transaction Multiples,
and other valuation methodologies.
- Conduct industry, market, and competitive analysis.
- Assist in preparing investment teasers, pitch decks, information memorandums, and investor presentations.
- Assist to Conduct due diligence.
- Support preparation of transaction documents and management presentations.
Qualification & Experience
- Inter CA (IPCC/CA Intermediate) qualified.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
