Handle customer queries, request and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with sales, projects, legal, finance and hand over teams to ensure timely customer support.
Provide regular updates on project progress, documentaion, payment schedules and possession timelines.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare MIS reports.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
~3-5 years of customer relation experience preferably in real estate, builder or developer industry.
~ Proficiency in MS office and CRM softwares is an advantage.
