EY GDS Consulting Veeva systems Leader – Life Sciences
Position Summary:
EY GDS is seeking an expert Veeva Practice Leader to drive the setup and expansion of our Veeva capabilities, spanning both R&D; and commercial Veeva applications. This leader will shape our go-to-market approach, collaborate globally, recruit and build a high-performing team, and support pharma transformation across both R&D; and Commercial functions.
Veeva systems is a partner of choice for 85% of the top 20 Pharmaceutical companies,



they define and deliver strategic value for both commercial and R&D.; EY expects significant opportunity to help clients with the Veeva platform transformation in the upcoming 3-4 years and hence there is a need for a robust leader who can help establish EY as a market leader in this space.
This role will also broadly drive industry cloud for life sciences, offering integrated solutions across clinical, regulatory, quality, safety, medical, and commercial domains. The role will drive growth, innovation, and delivery excellence by leveraging Veeva’s platform and solutions to transform client operations and outcomes.
EY GDS Consulting is expanding rapidly across global markets, and this role will be instrumental in scaling Veeva-based transformation programs across Americas, EMEIA, and APAC. The leader will collaborate with global EY stakeholders and Veeva Alliance/vendor teams to deliver high-impact solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech clients.
