As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring a secure, reliable, and high-performing CRM environment across a globally distributed organisation. A typical day involves supporting end users, troubleshooting complex system issues, and maintaining configuration and data integrity within Dynamics 365. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure CRM capabilities align with business needs and support efficient, scalable operations.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365 end-user support, ensuring a smooth user experience Troubleshoot CRM configurations, workflows, plugins, business rules,



and data issues Maintain and update Dynamics 365 configurations including entities, forms, dashboards, and security roles Support a complex environment with integrations and Power Platform components Perform data maintenance and bulk operations to ensure data accuracy and integrity Support testing, documentation, and change management for system updates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and recommend solutions Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role include:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) or equivalent experience Experience administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification desirable Experience working in complex or large-scale CRM environments Key skills required:
Strong troubleshooting across CRM configuration and integrations Experience with data import/export and data maintenance Familiar
