Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and client-focused Visa Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing visa and immigration processes while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires a high level of accuracy, compliance, and the ability to adapt to changing regulations and client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the visa and immigration process for clients, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- Guide clients through the visa application process, including document verification, application form completion, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely submission of all applications and documents in compliance with the regulations and deadlines set by the government.




- Review and verify all client-submitted information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards.
- Prepare visa fee quotations, respond to client inquiries, and provide detailed documentation requirements for different countries and visa types.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, embassy updates, and immigration legislation changes.
- Build and maintain solid, professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Take full ownership of assigned cases and ensure clients receive timely updates on application status.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in visa application processing
- Bachelor's degree Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or any related field
- Proficiency in MS Office — Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational ability
