About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Bengaluru outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling customer inquiries, managing calls, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
- Handle customer queries and provide product information.
- Manage appointments, deliveries, and general front-office activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements
- Any degree or diploma.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and/or Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
What We Offer
- Salary : 20,000 per month
- Job Time : 9 am to 6 pm
- Working Days : Monday to Saturday
