Leading Digital Agency is looking for a strategic and results-driven Group Head – Biddable Media (Performance) to lead high-impact Google & Meta advertising campaigns. If you have expertise in scaling app-first performance marketing campaigns, managing large media budgets, and leading high-performing teams, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives.
- Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and business growth.
- Drive campaign planning, audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements using GA4, Data Studio/Tableau, and Excel.
- Mentor and manage a team of performance marketers, ensuring continuous learning and high performance.
- Collaborate with Growth, SEO, Product, Analytics, and Finance teams to improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated with platform changes,



automation tools, and emerging industry trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12+ years of performance marketing experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing App-first campaigns (Mandatory).
- Solid expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience handling large-scale PPC budgets and delivering measurable business growth.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring performance marketing teams.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Looker Studio/Tableau, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience with automation tools and programmatic advertising.
- Exposure to international or multilingual campaigns.
- Background in e-commerce or high-growth digital businesses.
