Position: Area Business Manager

Location: vapi

CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Drive business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Build solid relationships with customers and business partners.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and target achievement.





Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Products, Investments, Broking, or any field BFSI sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
