About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Project Coordinator to support our engineering and leadership teams. This role is critical to ensuring projects are well planned, effectively tracked, and delivered on schedule.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys creating structure, excels at documentation, follows through on commitments, and keeps cross-functional teams aligned to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple engineering and business projects from planning through execution.





Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, dashboards, and status reports.

Organize project meetings, document Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), and track action items through completion.

Drive regular follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues proactively.

Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is up to date.

Support project planning, resource coordination, and project governance activities.

Collaborate closely with engineering, program management, operations, and leadership teams.

Prepare presentations and executive reports for project review meetings.

Contribute to improving project management processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

~ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
