Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of client-facing and internal projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across global locations. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project execution, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.

Manage cross-functional teams across global time zones, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.

Support customer escalations with urgency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and communication.





Collaborate with resource managers and leadership to support capacity planning and forecasting.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk logs.

Ensure project tasks, owners, dependencies, and completion percentages are tracked and updated regularly.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools

Qualifications:

~5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, eCommerce, or ERP implementations.

~ Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

~ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

~ Experience working with global teams and managing remote collaboration.

~ Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.

~ PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
