Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time in office at Theory Design Studio in Surat, collaborating with the design team to develop concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, preparing mood boards and presentations, and coordinating FF&E; selections with suppliers. The role involves creating and revising construction drawings, conducting site visits to monitor progress,



and working closely with contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. The Interior Designer will communicate regularly with clients, gather requirements, present design proposals, and support project documentation from concept through completion.

Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetically aligned layouts.

Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings for translating design concepts into accurate technical documentation.

Experience with FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with vendors.

Strong skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint).

Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
