We are seeking a creative and dynamic Multimedia Designer with a proven track record in the event management/experiential marketing industry . The ideal candidate will blend 2D graphic design expertise with 3D visualization and video production skills to bring event concepts, stage designs, and immersive brand experiences to life. Event Conceptualization: Create stunning 3D walkthroughs, stage designs, stall layouts, and spatial designs for corporate events, weddings, and exhibitions.

~2D Graphic Design: Design comprehensive event collateral, including branding, signage, backdrops, invitations, social media assets, and print materials.

~ Video Production: Develop engaging 3D event intro videos, teaser trailers, and motion graphics for LED backdrops.

~ Experience:



Minimum 4 years of experience strictly within the event industry .

~2D Design Suite: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Illustrator , and CorelDRAW .

~3D & Video Production: Strong hands-on experience with Lumion , Skewtchup (or similar 3D rendering software) and 3D video animation tools (such as After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D).

~ A strong portfolio showcasing architectural/event 3D renders, walkthroughs, and print-ready graphic assets.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle last-minute event design changes.

Robust understanding of spatial design, lighting, and materials used in event fabrication.
