Position: Senior Interior Design
Experience: 8+ years
Design
Interpret and evaluate client requirements and project objectives.
Demonstrate strong understanding of the architectural design process and integration of interior design concepts.
Lead and develop interior design elements within BIM environments.
Research and analyze design requirements.
Develop, prepare, and coordinate presentation materials with project teams.
Apply advanced design principles including proportion, color, light, texture, and scale.
Support firm and project goals related to design excellence, execution, and sustainability.
Develop and produce detailed tender documentation and design details.
Coordinate with consultants and engineers (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire & Life Safety).
Perform programming and space planning analysis, including area calculations.
Assist with technical and design coordination while adhering to schedules and budgets.
Conduct site analysis, surveys, and existing-condition documentation.
Prepare redline revisions, mock-up drawing packages, and review shop drawings.
Participate in scope definition and effort estimates for new project proposals.
