As a Valuation Services Manager,



you will lead and manage valuation engagements across industries for financial reporting (US GAAP, IFRS) and tax reporting. Contribute to business development, proposals, and growth of valuation practice.

Business Combinations / Purchase Price Allocation

~ Goodwill & Intangible Asset Impairments

~ 409A / Stock Compensation (ASC 718)

~ Equity, Debt, Derivatives, and Litigation-related valuations

~ Develop and implement advanced financial models (DCF, market multiples, option pricing).

~ Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and US Tax laws.

Review deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.

Education/Certifications: CFA, CA, CPA, ASA, MBA (Finance preferred).

Experience: 8+ years in valuation or financial advisory.

Strong proficiency in valuation methodologies and financial modeling.

Familiarity with litigation support and dispute valuations.
