The Project Lead will lead the planning, engineering, execution, commissioning, and operational readiness of a strategic agrochemical manufacturing project. The role will be responsible for establishing manufacturing capabilities, utilities, infrastructure, EHS systems, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of greenfield/brownfield agrochemical manufacturing projects from conceptualization to commercial production.

Prepare project execution plans, budgets, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.

Drive project implementation within approved CAPEX budgets and timelines.

Monitor project progress through structured reviews and corrective action plans.

Coordinate with process licensors, consultants, and engineering agencies for plant design and process implementation.

Review process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs;, equipment specifications, plant layouts, and utility requirements

Requirement

Education - B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution.

Industry - looking for candidates from Chemical, Agrochemical, Crop Protection, Specialty Chemicals industry

Years of experience - 15-16 years
