We are seeking an experienced Design Manager who brings maturity, leadership, and the ability to effectively handle and guide a team of energetic, young creative professionals.

The ideal candidate will seamlessly balance seasoned judgment with the energetic energy of a young studio environment, fostering collaboration while maintaining high design standards.

Day-to-day tasks include designing, planning, coordinating with other professionals, and ensuring that all architectural work meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Lead and mentor a team of young, creative designers, channeling their energy into meaningful, high-quality outputs





Demonstrate a strong design sensibility with a deep understanding of spatial planning and functionality

Oversee and refine details related to finishes, lighting, furniture, and overall design coherence

Ensure design intent is maintained from concept through execution

Bring structure, discipline, and clarity to the design process

A seasoned professional with substantial experience in architectural/interior design

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to bridge creative vision with practical implementation

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence

1-5 years of experience in the architectural design

Proficiency in Architectural Design and Construction Drawings

· Experience in Design Management and Architecture

· Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

· Experience in commercial and residential projects is a plus

· Proficient in AutoCAD , Photoshop , Sketchup, Revit ,Vray, Detailing drawing, BOQ
