Location: Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time | 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Salary: ₹28,000 In-Hand per month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns through chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide product/service information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure first-contact resolution
Maintain high CSAT scores and meet defined KPIs
Accurately log interactions and update CRM systems
Collaborate with team leads to improve customer experience
Adhere to process guidelines, data privacy, and compliance standards
What We Are Looking For:
Qualification: Graduate - Mandatory
Experience: Prior experience in Customer Service/BPO – Mandatory
Preferred: Banking/Financial process experience – Added Advantage
Other Requirements:
Excellent written English communication and typing speed
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
