About Homegrown Music

Homegrown Music is a joint-venture music label with Atlantic Records (part of Warner Music Global). We’re dedicated to spotlighting the next wave of artists shaping contemporary sounds from India and South Asia. Our goal is to champion crossover artists from the region while also creating a platform for established talent to explore new mediums of creative expression.

About The Role

We're looking for a Campaign Manager to own music release rollouts end to end. You'll be the central point of contact who turns an artist's release into a fully realized campaign - shaping the strategy, driving the creative ideation, coordinating design, managing PR, and making sure every marketing touchpoint in the release plan actually ships on time and on brand.

This is a project-leadership role as much as a marketing one. You'll work across internal teams (marketing, creative, design, PR) and external partners (artists, managers, agencies, press, platforms) to make sure nothing falls through the cracks between "we have a release date" and "the campaign is live."

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Strategy & Planning

- Build the campaign roadmap for each release: timeline, milestones, budget, channel mix, and success metrics
- Translate artist vision and label priorities into a clear, actionable rollout plan
- Identify campaign moments (pre-save, announcement, single drops, album release, post-release) and sequence them for maximum impact

Creative Ideation

- Lead brainstorms for campaign concepts,

content hooks, and rollout "moments" that fit the artist's story and audience
- Partner with artists/managers to develop a creative direction that's distinct release to release
- Pitch and prioritize ideas based on feasibility, budget, and impact

Marketing Execution

- Plan and oversee digital marketing efforts - social, paid media coordination, email/newsletter, fan engagement
- Coordinate content calendars across all channels and ensure consistent messaging
- Track campaign performance and adjust tactics in-flight based on data

PR Coordination

- Manage PR timelines and deliverables in partnership with publicists/agencies
- Coordinate interview requests, press assets, exclusives, and premiere placements
- Ensure messaging consistency between PR narrative and marketing creative

Design Coordination

- Brief and manage designers/creative teams on assets needed across the campaign (cover art adaptations, social templates, ad creative, merch, out-of-home, etc.)
- Keep design timelines aligned with the broader rollout calendar
- Review and approve assets for brand and campaign consistency

Cross-Functional Project Management

- Act as the single point of accountability for the release - tracking dependencies, flagging risks, and keeping every workstream on schedule
- Run regular check-ins with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain campaign trackers, briefs, and post-mortems for institutional learning

WHAT YOU BRING

- 3-4 years of experience in music marketing, label services, artist management, or campaign/project management (music industry experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously, on tight and often shifting timelines
- Solid creative instincts paired with organizational rigor — you can pitch an idea and then build the plan to execute it
- Working knowledge of PR processes, social/digital marketing channels, and DSP (streaming platform) marketing tools and pitching
- Comfort briefing and giving feedback to designers and creative teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
confident presenting plans to artists, managers, and senior stakeholders
- A genuine interest in music and culture, with an ear for what makes a campaign feel authentic rather than generic

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience working directly with artists or artist management
- Familiarity with campaign/project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
- Existing relationships with press, marketing agencies, or media contacts
- Budget management experience
