Duties and Responsibilities
Accountabilities associated with the job)

• Make sure system availability 24*7
• Monitor all aspect of application -Server Performance, Application Performance, Exception and interface with external system
• Interact with cross teams to understand system issue and follow-up with respective team to get is fixed asap.
• Create RCA and Solution document for production issues
• Create Technical Design Documents for new requirement
• Develop the API / Application with industries best practice and standards
• Can work independently in individual contributor role on new projects.
• Can review the code to find the RCA for production issues / defects.
• Understand the encryption and web security aspect for APIs
• Understand and identify areas of improvement across businesses and participate in solution identification and implementation
• Handling production support team and involve in production issues
Key Decisions / Dimensions
• Finalizing the changes required for defect and issues
• Review or create Solution design and technical Architecture for new changes
• Preparing data structure
• Implementation plan
• Application Deployment
• Web server tuning
Major Challenges
• Keeping up to date with the latest technology




• Migration of old system to recent technology
• Handling Production issues during migration
• Conduct systematic Root Cause Analysis
Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
Graduation in computers / electronics or Post Graduation in Computer Science
b) Work Experience
Experience of 4– 6 years (GB04A)
c) Mandatory Skills (tasks may differ basis the below mentioned skill sets)
Must have:
• Should have technical expertise and hands on experience in DOT NET Core, REST API, C#
• Should have experience on creation of solution document and must understand technical design document
• Should have strong knowledge of RDBMS- SQL/Oracle/ MySQL and NoSQL DB
• Should have experience in middle layer and web applications development.
• Positive and problem-solving attitude, must work as independent contributor
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent relationship skills.
• Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
• Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
• Should have production team handling exp and involves in production issue resolution.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, AKS).
