Job Description: Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium menswear retail store. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Track sales reports, customer footfall, and key performance metrics.




- Coordinate with the warehouse and merchandising teams for stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance repeat business and loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in apparel, fashion, luxury retail, or menswear brands.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and retail billing/POS systems.

Preferred Background

Candidates from premium menswear, ethnic wear, fashion retail, luxury apparel, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
