- Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
- Exp in setting up an entire HRMS ecosystem for a venture from designing teams, HRMS & standardizing policies for recruitment.
- Robust skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management
- Experience in performance management, training, and professional development
- Proficiency in payroll administration and HR compliance
- Knowledge of labor laws, organizational policy development, and workforce planning
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical sector is advantageous
